Nutrition

We provide your child with two nutritious snacks per day as well as lunch. Canada’s Food Guide will be followed when preparing the meals and snacks. Each snack will contain a minimum of two different food groups, and lunch will contain all four food groups. Morning snack will be provided at approximately 8:45am, lunch at approximately 11:30am, and afternoon snack at approximately 3:00pm. Our menu is approved by a registered dietician.
